Returns, exchanges and cancellations





How may I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order by contacting our customer service before the order is shipped. Cancellation is free of charge. However, it is not possible to cancel a custom item order.

In case the order was sent already, you can cancel your order by making a return as explained below.



How may I make a return?

If your order does not satisfy you and if you wish a refund or an exchange, you have 14 days as from the delivery to return us your parcel by the service of transport of your choice by recommended or with proof of delivery. Masks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Personalized items are excluded from the legal right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Make your return request via your customer account in order to obtain a return number and authorization. Pack the items correctly, in the original box, and add the return slip which you will have downloaded once your return request has been accepted.

Then return your package to us by registered mail or with proof of delivery (signature required), to the address in Belgium which will be communicated to you by e-mail.

After reception and examination of your parcel, we shall proceed to the exchange or to the refund of your order. Naturally, articles must have returned to us to their home state.

If you paid postal charges on your order, we refund your order, excluding charges of sending.

If you have retained a part of your order, we will refund the entire value of the returned item.

Obviously, if the return is due to an error in the preparation of your order, the return costs will be at our charge, provided you use the return label that our customer service has communicated to you.

Please note that parcels returned in "postage due" or "cash on delivery" are not accepted.



How may I make an exchange?

To make an exchange, you must return your order as explained above by requesting an exchange. After reception and acceptance of the return, we will send you a code allowing you to make a new order on our e-shop.

If you do not wish to wait for the processing of your return to make your exchange, you can make a new order and we will refund your initial order according to the conditions.
